This one-day program reviews key aspects of RCRA hazardous waste management and DOT hazardous materials transportation, covering waste identification, container management, labeling, marking, and manifesting, along with classification, packaging, shipping papers, and placarding. Participants will also learn about recent updates such as e-Manifest filing changes and universal waste provisions. Through interactive instruction, case examples, and discussion, attendees will refresh critical compliance skills and strengthen their ability to safely and legally manage hazardous waste from generation through transportation.

This course ensures participants remain current with regulatory requirements, safe work practices, and hazard recognition techniques essential for protecting both workers and the environment.
This 8-hour refresher program reviews key HAZWOPER concepts, regulatory updates, and practical applications to reinforce participant knowledge and maintain compliance with OSHA’s annual training requirement.

Our Confined Space Refresher course is designed to reinforce the knowledge and skills required for safe entry, work, and rescue in confined space environments. This in-person program provides a comprehensive review of OSHA’s confined space standards, emphasizing the responsibilities of entrants, attendants, supervisors, and rescue personnel. Participants will revisit critical topics such as hazard recognition, atmospheric monitoring, ventilation, communication, personal protective equipment (PPE), and entry permitting.
The course also covers recent regulatory updates, best practices from industry incidents, and practical strategies for maintaining compliance while protecting worker health and safety. Through interactive instruction and scenario-based discussions, participants will refresh their ability to identify hazards, verify safe entry conditions, and respond effectively to emergencies.
